Follow, offline, share……Concall中常見的中式英文，你中槍了嗎？

跨國Concall越來越頻繁，有時我們習慣用一些中式英文表達，會讓外國同事摸不着頭腦。以下整理了幾個常見的Concall英文口誤，並提供更專業、自然的表達方式，讓你在會議中展現更流暢的英文溝通能力。

1.我等一下會跟你confirm。

•錯誤用法:

(Ｘ) I will confirm with you later.

•正確用法:

(Ｏ) I will get back to you with confirmation later.

"Confirm"是指「確認一件事情是否屬實」，不是主動地去「告知確認」。更自然的表達是用 "get back to you with confirmation" 來說明稍後會回覆。

2.這個我們下週follow一下。

•錯誤用法:

(Ｘ) We will follow this next week.

•正確用法:

(Ｏ) We will follow up on this next week.

"Follow" 本身並不表示跟進某件事情，正確的說法應該是 "follow up on"，這樣才能清楚地傳達出會後持續關注某事的意思。

3.這個話題等一下我們offline討論。

•錯誤用法:

(Ｘ) Let’s discuss this offline later.

•正確用法:

(Ｏ) Let’s take this discussion outside the meeting.

雖然 "offline" 常見於科技領域，用於會議情境中，"take this discussion outside the meeting" 更加明確，避免讓對方誤以爲你現在要「下線」。

4.麻煩你再remind一下。

•錯誤用法:

(Ｘ) Please remind again.

•正確用法:

(Ｏ) Please send me a reminder.

"Remind again" 感覺像話沒有講完，remind是一個及物動詞，後面必須有受詞才行。在會議中請求某人提醒，"send me a reminder" 顯得更專業，也更具體。

5.可以幫我share一下畫面嗎？

•錯誤用法:

(Ｘ) Can you share the screen to me?

•正確用法:

(Ｏ) Can you share your screen with me?

"Share to me" 是不正確的用法，正確的表達應該是 "share with me"。

6.今天的主題我需要brief一下。

•錯誤用法:

(Ｘ) I need to brief the topic today.

•正確用法:

(Ｏ) I need to give a brief overview of today’s topic.

"Brief" 是可以用作動詞，是「向某人簡要說明」，Brief接的受詞多半是人。例如：

"Could you please brief me on the project?　 你可以向我簡要說明這個專案嗎？

要brief今天的主題，可以用 "give a brief overview" ，表達更清晰。
